Distance Microfluidic Chip for CTC Counting Accepted by Small

Visual Quantitative Detection of Circulating Tumor Cells is realized by using a portable volumetric bar chart chip with single-cell sensitivity. The target CTCs are labeled with aptamer-conjugated nanoparticles that can catalyze the generation of oxygen for the movement of an ink bar in V-Chip. The CTC number can be quantified by the distance of the ink bar visually.
