Research
We are establishing new microfluidic methods for high throughput single cell analysis, functional material synthesis and medical diagnosis applications.
Using DNA as a tool, we are developing nano-structures and nano-devices, biophysical methods, imaging reagents , and biosensors to address challenging problems in biomedical research, clinical diagnosis and forensic analysis.
We are developing new molecular evolution methods to generate new molecular recognition ligands for high throughput drug screening, targeted delivery and disease diagnosis.
In recent years, we identified some aptamers with high binding affinity and specificity against desired targets.
